One of worst possible outcomes of a car or truck crash is a gasoline fire.  Peter has helped dozens of victims of car and truck fires get on with their lives.

L. and L. v. General Motors.  (Resolved in 2007)  Peter worked with two Oregon attorneys to resolve the case of a man and woman who were severely burned when the 1978 GM pickup they were riding in was hit on the side by a car.  The collision ruptured the side-mounted gas tank on the pickup.

Siler v. Ford.  Peter and former Partner Paul Whelan won a jury trial against Ford Motor Company when a jury found that the in-cab fuel tank on a 1967 Ford F-750 was defective.

Y. v. DaimlerChrysler.  Peter represented a Western Washington woman horribly burned after her Dodge Ram pickup was struck by an impaired driver.

C. v. ChryslerPeter helped represent an Eastern Washington teenager who was badly burned by a post collision fire in his friends Chrysler LeBaron convertible.
